Ferran VIZOSO designed the renovation of the Church, 1,050 square meters for the Corbera d ' Ebre municipality and the State institution of Generalitat de Catalunya. The customer wanted to use to prevent a transparent EFTE plastic roof to further deterioration from the rain, wind and other climatic conditions. This new roof construction provides the community with a revived multi-purpose space that combines nature with the historical ruins.
The massive skylight, which includes most of the roof, is a structural intervention that is designed to provide an abundance of natural light throughout the building. Natural breezes flow through the open Windows and arches of the structure and help to ventilate the areas, to receive the light. This church by Ferran VIZOSO team well preserved and a room, historic and romantic Cobera d' Ebre gave.
